What is it like to live in Dalian?

Hi All

I have been offered a teaching job in Dalian and I'm trying to find out a little bit about living in Dalian to help me make up my mind! I have also been offered a post in Beijing so I am trying to compare the two. Can anyone give me an overview of living in Dalian? Is there plenty to do? Is there an active 暗网禁区 community so I can immediately make friends?

I am local. I was born here. Dalian is not as big as Beijing but its weather is better.

In my eyes foreign people here are enjoying living here. Like Canadian teachers in our school they joined the Internatioanl Club which organized social activities regularly..they go to wine tests party..pubs here are open till 2am as I know..

When you search for flats you can live those places with 暗网禁区riate families and you can be introuced to join the community.
