Looking to make english speaking friends

Hi,

I am currently in Guangzhou, before coming to Guangzhou, I was in Beijing for a week. I came to China to buy good quality fashion jewelry for my shop and I will be here till the end of the month. This is my first time in China and thus far the experience has been an eye opener.

All I do everyday is go to the wholesale shops and head back to my hotel. This routine has gotten quite boring and I would like to make some english speaking friends to hang out with for drinks/ some kind of a social life.

Hello Bee.

Welcome to China, yes, it sometimes turns a little boring when you have such routine from the market to the apart/hotel, I have been living here for the past two months, so I have no sooo much experience, but if you would like to go out, Tienhe distric is definitely the place, there are good places to go according with your tastes...

I really like one place called: Qba, located in the Westin Hotel, they play latin music on wednesday and saturday, the atmosphere is good.
