clothing is really cheap in Guangzhou, is it the same in other Chinese cities. I buy cloting and small staff from Shangxia Road, and other recommend?

There are lots of clothes wholesale markets in Guangzhou which you may buy clothes at the wholesale price. Such as the Baima clothes wholesale markets in front of the Guangzhou Railway Station. I can't remember other places around it, but clothes there are really cheap.
