I鈥檓 a local Chinese living in Shanghai, and I鈥檓 very interested in Norwegian culture and lifestyle. I would love to make some Norwegian friends here in Shanghai 鈥� for language exchange, cultural sharing, and maybe exploring the city together.

That is a great initiative. I suggest posting an advert in the Shanghai classified adssection, where there is a dedicated category for language exchange. it will increase your chances of connecting with the right people.

Out of curiosity, what sparked your specific interest in Norwegians and their culture? Have you been to Norway before?

Thank you so much for your warm welcome and helpful suggestions! I will definitely try posting in the Shanghai classified section for language exchange.

As for my interest in Norwegians and their culture, I really admire the Nordic lifestyle, values, and openness. I think learning more from Norwegian people directly would be the best way to experience it. I haven鈥檛 been to Norway yet, but it鈥檚 definitely on my travel list in the future.
