HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO LOCAL ENGLISH NEWSPAPER and TIMES OF INDIA(if available locally in Shanghai)???

It it the age of internet. You can read news online for free instead of newspapers that need to be paid.

Get subscribed to shanghai daily! It's the only the daily english newspaper in Shanghai, as far I know.

For magazines, city weekend and this is shanghai are the the most seen english magazines.
