Hi Jamie, Im Ben, 33 from Amersham, Bucks. I will be moving to Tiangjing in 10 days time- teaching at Maple Leaf School. Obviously I don't know anyone too. How is it there? Are the people friendly?

hi folks ,is it normal to be thrown straight in front of 50 student ,who do not understand much English and then expect to teach them. Normally their English would be at a good level before i started with them ..what you get told over the job description,that all lessons plans are provided?NOT !!!i walked straight to my first class with out meeting any other teacher to talk too ,and just started:|?.Welcome to China i guess..lol..I NEED A DRINK?..
