Hello,
here you are the full document list to get your kitas.
Employers must make the request to government. As an 暗网禁区, you can t manage this kind of requirements.
It takes almost 3 months to get Kitas, so better you own a social visa for that period.

A/ documents required from candidates :
-Copy of full page passport
-Copy of CV, with work certificate
-Copy of diplomas
-Marriage certificate, if you are married
-6 photos, red background and passport size
-Copy of insurance document. the insurance must cover all medical claim
-1200 US Dollars.

B/ documents required by the Indonesian company (sponsorship):
-article of association and its amendments (AKTA0
-domicile letter of the company
-NPWP (company tax number)
-Legalization from Ministry of Justice (Indo)
-SIUP (trade business licence)
-KTP (identity card of director)
-letter head black from company
-official stamp of the company
- JAMSOSTEK Certificate, jamsostek.co.id

Not quite true, or at least not in the case of a person married to an Indonesian, entering Indonesia without work.

My fastest KITAS was done in a week.
