Number 4 is a recommendation letter that is coming from BKPM.

As stated above visa 313 is investor visa,President Director, Director, Commissioner are only allowed to apply visa 313,as long they got recommendation letter from Bkpm.

Recommendation letter from Bkpm
Investor visa

Requirements:

1.President Director, Director, Commissioner聽 investment stated in akta.SK must be one billion rupiah minimum share
2.Documents printed from OSS
3.Updated reports at Bkpm
4.Copy of company legal documents
5.Documents issued at Bkpm for submission
