BNI health insurance?

Ruud van Jepjep

I am retired, from Holland, not married, have KITAS now.

I understand I can not get BPJS. BNi a option for health insurance?

I had BPJS on KITAS, but things may have changed.

All the banks have packages, but I recommend avoiding any and all companies that advertise °µÍø½ûÇø packages ... unless you have sacks of cash you don't care about.

One silly cow trying to see me insurance in a shopping mall started by asking me how much I wanted to spend.

No explanation as to what I get under different premiums, just how much she could screw me for.

Avoid that sort of stuff.

As to which policy, ask in local hospitals which companies pay out. One of the very expensive ones with cheeky reps in malls, has a terrible reputation with hospitals.

If I were you I would go to your nearest BPJS office and try to register, if you haven't done so already. With spousal Kitas and Kitap you can get BPJS, but I have no idea for a single retired person with a Kitas. Make sure to have your KTP identity card with you when you go.

Thanks, tried that, not possible here. Because I am not married and I have kitas and not working for a Indonesian firm i can not apply for KTP. No KTP means no BPJS

Right, the first thing BPJS and hospital registration require is the KTP.
