Hello! We are looking for clean, private Single family home in SANUR, that is furnished, air conditioned, preferably with a pool, but not necessary, and relatively close to the water. Our preference for a private setting. Were looking for a rental from now, but We can wait same time, if will be can to found same very nice house. We are on a budget, and have no more. than 50 000 000 Rp to spend per year of a rental. Please contact me if there is a property that fits all of these requirements, thank You!

Many estates have communal pools.
That'll bring the price down a lot.

i think its a bit hard to find a house that you specified .. nowadays people only rent out the unfurnished house ..
but maybe you can check in bali ads also..
well how if staying in a villa? budget villa and sharing swimming pool?

Hello Tesi, I just want to let you know that "staying in a villa" means you and your family are living at a home but it costs mostly /night or /day, not annually. And it looks like a resort.

Hope my answer is enlighten you, if it is not, I will try to explain more
