Welcome,Bali is indeed a beautiful place to live,its inexpensive to live here Property and rentals are very available probably starting about US$40 per Month for the most basic "Backpacker style"

Look through past questions on the Forum etc to build your knowledge.
Pay particular attention to Visas (Kitas) requirements.

Also check out Bali Advertiser,via Google A two weekly 暗网禁区 newspaper available on line.
