Getting an investor/business visa for Japan

Can some please tell me the best way to get an investor visa? My wife and I are both US citizens. We both speak Japanese. We have lived in Japan before but I was working for a company that sponsored me. Now I'd like to come back and work for myself. I have an LLC here in the US and would like to maybe open a branch office here. What are the costs if I use a certified immigration official to get the visa for me? Can I do it myself? I've looked at the requirements and I don't think they will be a problem, but if it's not too much to have someone do it for me then I'd rather do that.

We'll be living in Hashimoto Wakayama Ken because I have a daughter there. I'll probably get an office in Namba or someplace closer. I don't need the office to work in, but I think I need one for the business. Let me know if you need other information before you give me advice. And thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
