Hello all,
I just moved to kz starting my live in aktobe with my family, almost done with PR just wating for my ID next week, and I'm wondering how I can change my driving licence, I have 3 DL, one from Morocco and second from Dubai and third from Qatar, I been told that I have to pas the exam and test drive, do they have it in English or French even?
