Hi and welcome to the forum.

There are plenty of preschools and nurseries in Vientiane. My daughter started at Kiettisak International school when 3 years old.

I suggest a Google search. type 'preschools in vientiane'聽 Almost at the top of the page there is a pdf of preschools and nurseries from jclao which lists all of them with contact details.

Shop around as the costs vary.

May I suggest Wathana Montessori School. This is an excellent, caring school based on Montessori principles and is also starting primary in August.
