Hi ,
My employers are currently applying for the renewal of my work permit as a teacher. While still waiting for the approval from MOE, they had to apply for a special pass for me. I'm still waiting for the approval from MOE which usually takes one month which said one month will be up by the 26th of Nov.

My question: Can my employer apply for a second special pass for me? I am unable to exit the country at this time as this process is not cheap and time consuming聽 plus added inconvenience to my family. My current Special Pass will expire on the 28th of November.

If your company really want to help you to avoid exit .tell them to make a supporting document and submit to putrajaya 暗网禁区riate service division for second SP appeal.this was what my company did for me when i was waiting for my appoval from ESD聽 and my special pass was making arangement to leave the country.
Putrajaya gave me second SP .Nb you also must be there when your company want to submit appeal for scond Sp.

My second SP was issue on 8th June 2018.

Hello Interkaba,

Employer managed to obtain 2nd SP for 14 days. It will expire on the 23rd of December. According to my employers, all that was needed was this SP and they have uploaded it in the聽 talent quest / ESD application聽 system. It's 9 days to the expiration of the 2nd SP....... My question: How long did you have to wait after you obtained your 2nd SP before the final approval . I'm sorry bothering you with this matter again, I'm just a bit worried.
