Can somebody please help.. Share ideas to over come the above mentioned hurdle

I dont think the reason mentioned " tourist visa active" is correct,one can have visit visa besides going for a EP process,that cant be an obstacle in processing the application,plz contact your employer and ask him to give rejection statement.

Was an agent involved to get your visa sorted out?
It's quite common for agents try to milk the applicant by giving a reason for your approval not being processed, and request you to make an additional payment and continue doing until you realize it's a scam

I got clear picture today only..
From medical they are saying that double application status so they aren't able to share the medical report to the next level..
So agent has advised my employer to go to ICWMS office N get it cleared.
Note. My entire trip to Malaysia was legal.
I have nt applied through any agency b4 this..
So how come double application status is visible..
