How many days will it take for "Pass Approval Stage" to change?

I checked the status through Esd
and it's the pass approval stage.
How long does it take to pass issueance stage?
I am renewing my employment pass.

Nowadays, all application got stuck in the Pass approval stage, and when you will trying continuously do follow-up over email then they will reject an application with a lame excuse
1. Your salary is higher than 15k but not much higher
2.your job experience is higher but not much higher
3.your job role is okay but not higher
4.your reference letter is ok but not from a significant Malaysian personality that can recommend you

So in the short answer is.. they are not giving RPT to anyone and this notification they don't publish on their website and people keep paying their fees in hope that after pass the approval stage will get RPT but it never happens.

above is my personal experience I face and not able to get RPT and ask me to re-apply again after 6 months and now opt-out for another country for long term stay
