The Forum is a place to share information - that is the whole point of one. If you dont want to share useful information please dont write that you know something but wont share it. That is counterproductive.

You state you are an Realtor in one of your earlier postings. Normally property owners pay the fee to agents who find them tenants, from my experience. However, I have read that in Penang state the cost is shared 50/50. As people may know, Malaysia is run on a State and Federal basis, which explains why rules can differ in different states.
