Get a job before you arrive as there are only a few areas that hire foreigners. These are IT, native English teachers, professional teachers, specialist engineers and oil and gas specialists. Foreigners need special passes to work here which only an employer can apply for.

If you get my British sarcasm (!) you will understand that wild dreams without a hope are pointless without something substantial behind them. I could still become a billionaire but would take a lot of work, dedication and pure luck. I am not holding my breath! My chances of doing this though are higher than yours unless you are a leading heart surgeon etc. If you are another economic migrant with a Business studies degree and no work experience then I have more chance of going to Mars!

If you are working for an oil and gas company in Algeria, maybe you should try to apply online for a job in your area of competence. Petronas is a big and famaous company and I know for sure that they hire international engineers with a strong background. If you think you are qualified you should try to prospect the market with oil and gas companies like Petronas, Total, Shell...
And don't worry for the accommodation, it is not an issue at all in Malaysia not like in Paris, you can rent a flat on your own or share a flat depending on your budget and expectations.
