The Westin Hotel, The JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton Hotels as well as the KL Convention Centre all have large Seminar Rooms.

You can try on the top floor of the Pavilion Shopping Mall opposite the JW Marriott as they also have a large seminar room.

Nope sorry. I've attended Seminars at all those places plus a few others in other parts of KL but I haven't been the organizer of those Seminars/Events. You just need to contact the hotel's marketing department directly to get the rates. For the Pavilion Shopping Mall, you probably need to contact the Management Company to enquire about the rate or to find out how to book it.

In case the rates quoted are too expensive, consider contacting some of the other less prestigious hotels along Jalan Bukit Bintang and in that general area, as I am sure their rates will be less expensive.

do you still need to find one at Bukit Bintang? i went to one seminar in swiss garden, the room is very nice. you can google the pricing i think.

My company hold seminars and trainings very often at Melia Hotel and Bernays Times Square and their seminar package without accommodation but includes 2 tea breaks and lunch is at RM170++ and RM190++ per pax respectively.

You can visit their website and write in to enquire.

If you are concerned about cost you may want to try Federal Hotel which is around RM150++ per pax but their building is kinda old but good lunch buffet spread.
