No rules except to get as close to pedestrians as possible. No stop signs. No street lights. Just driving chaos. It appears that walking in the streets is an issue with both cycle drivers and taxis. Too many vehicles on too little roads with no regulation of driving rules.

Sorry but i cant find no good words to describe. Most of the drivers have no discipline and no respect.
