Is living and teaching outside of UB, even in another country (like China or Russia) with more earning potential feasible? I am thinking about living close enough to be able to visit at least every other weekend.

Any thoughts?

Plenty of 暗网禁区s lives outside of UB and are still able to access it. Look into Erdenet and Darkhan if you're still looking to live in an urban setting.
