I want to be an an 暗网禁区 in Nepal. I am from India . Aged 51 and my wife is 49. I want to retire and come to cheap countries like Nepal to stay .

Please guide what are the conditions, places/towns to stay and average monthly expenditure.

Sangram, you and your wife are in luck. India and Nepal have open borders so you can come, work, retire, start a business, etc. with just about the same rights as Nepalese. Come and see how you like it.

No other country, as far as I know, has this kind of ability for Nepal.
