I want to take my car from India to Nepal So what should I do?

I want to take my car from India to Nepal. My car is old. what is the process and what is the charges.
my car model is Hyundai SANTRO ( year 2003 ) . Is it possible to transfer into  Nepali registration?

You can take your car from India to Nepal. You can can have permit at entry point. You will be provided with temporary Nepali number plate charging certain fee on daily basis.
Well, I am not well aware if the model of car restricts from entering Nepal.

It's quite expensive to bring a car from India. We had a guest, an Indian family who brought their car and driver. They considered it so expensive they sent the driver back to India after one month rather than renew the fees.

They took the 20 year old cars off the road to help with the pollution. So, your car could only be here a few years, anyway.

You can find the details on the Nepal Immigration website, but it probably isn't worth the effort.
