What are the formalities to get a driver聮s licence in North Korea? Oath of allegiance and first born son.

Do you need special or extra documents being an 暗网禁区riate? Yes, but those can be printed at the nearest Kinkos.

How much does it cost? 2 to 3 chickens, depending on the weather.
