Hello good evening..Im a Filipino..i have fiance,his from Chile..and we already prepared our event for marriage,then only the requirements are not still finish,because by January we go to Philippines for Marriage...

My Question is,its okey if im the one will get for him the legal capacity...?

In embassy of Chile in Makati...

Becauase Im the first will arrive at Philippines..

While waiting for him in couple of days,..and just 1 month vacation he has...

Please help me in a good idea...thank you...

@jasminebaquita extend his visa when he arrives at the bi office to give you the time to get things sorted

But may be easier if you get married in his home country as he'll have 1year visa rights when he gets here as your husband
