Balikbayan Privelidge

richardjinks710

I am currently on Balikbayan which the one year is up next March. If my wife and I left thr country a couple of days before it's due to expire for a weeks holiday somewhere, would I be able to get another one year Balikbayan on our return, or is a one off privelige.

Anyone had any experience ot this.

Cheers

Richie

You posted this in the worldwide section of the forum and without mentioning which country you reside in.

Even if one knows what "Balikbayan" is (some kind of sabbatical?), the answer would depend on the national laws of that country.

I therefore recommend you post this in the relevant country forum. Thanks for your understanding!

You should post this to the Philippines forum for quick answer I do know you can extend the visa by 6 months  before it expires costs 500 ph Cheaper than plane tickets My wife is Filipino and I lived in Philippines before on balikbayan visa but it was less than one year
