Im coming up on my 5 year anniversary with the card. I鈥檝e spent a bit of time looking into the process. The renewal form is very sparse on info, as is the BI web site.

Has anyone renewed recently & can recall the process and paperwork required? I know it must be done at BI Main in Manila. I鈥檝e examined the form, but i note that no sponsor letter seems to be required, nor a police check. Is that true?

Correct, no sponser letter or police check, they of course will do there own BG check. I believe that I just followed the guidlines as listed on the website for a regular ACR Renewal, with the exception of bringing the Order converting from Probationary to Permanent.

Many Satellite offices will receive the package but it will be forwarded to the main for processing and thats where you will pickup.

I dropped mine off at SM Aura and picked up at main.
