CRBA question

bass4

My Filipina wife and I will be applying for CRBA for our one year old son. I have a question about the proof of physical US presence requirement. I don't have any original copies of w2s, 1099s, rent or utilities receipts, or school transcripts. I do have original, apostilled copies of my birth certificate, DD214, benefit letters from the California State Teachers Retirement System and from the Social Security Administration, and divorce decree. Can anyone tell me if these will be accepted for proof of presence?

@bass4 Hello Bass, you have enough proof of residence in the US from what you stated.  When i applied i added any US Passports i had , any drivers license expired  or valid. Just show you spent at least 5 years prior to your child's birth residing in the USA. We were approved for our 2 year old son . Lots of work and waiting but worth it . After approval you can automatically apply for a US Passport and later hid Social Security dependent benefits for your child. Good Luck.

Thanks for your reply. I'll include my passport and drivers license.
