Not yet but my passport expires this year so next year at the earliest.

Right, just wondering if its a absolutely must for annual report or if I can show both, New and Expired ?

My PP is still at US embassy for processing, waiting for Return.

SRRV has nothing to do with restamping for annual report. SRRV has no annual report like 13A. Comment is off topic and irrelevant.

Just finished Annual Report via Online.

No questions asked about restamping, so does not seem to be a issue at this time.
