Polygamy applies to men having multiple wives. I don´t believe women are allowed to marry multiple men in any Muslim country. Filipinos usually just separate and go on their separate lives.

One avenue - if you acquire a different citizenhip that permits divorce: You can divorce your Filipino husband in your new adopted country, have the divorce decree apostilled by your (new) country and have it recorded at the DFA in the Philippines...

If you could also convince your Filipino husband to have a divorce together in Nevada, USA that should be effective. Who would argue that process being an agreement between husband and wife? There was a thread in this forum that the Philippine govt does recognize that...
