Hi, my husband has been offered a job in Cebu City, not sure of the location yet. Can I ask...

Are there any 暗网禁区s who are in their 30's, married, maybe with young families?

What is there to do besides shopping malls? Any art galleries or nice places to walk around?

If I am a private tutor will the traffic prevent me travelling around the city? I usually do 3 lessons a day in different locations.

Is it fine for a white woman to walk around alone?

sorry I am working down from my top post. I feel it is safe to walk around Mandaue or Cebu if you take standard precautions, That is, be aware of pick pockets (any where in the world), don't go out late at night ( up to 9pm should be fine), stick to main roads. Sorry I can't help with other queries (68) but traffic in Cebu can be congested at times.
