Some personal issues she come back her home town now she apply again but her WP not approved by mom

Did she properly terminate her employment, by giving the required notice and perhaps paying a contractually agreed penalty?

If not, the previous employer probably reported her and she is now banned from working here again. She should contact the old employer and/or MoM and try to sort things out (if possible at all).

@beppi she forget the company name ... If we go to mom can sort it out this problem...

The best way is to appeal to MOM on why it is rejected. Get the company help on this as well with an endorsed company letter head that she is employed.
