May I pls know is there any chance to get PR after finishing PSLE and getting an excellent score in psle and being selected to study in an Elite secondary school in sg for secondary education. Thanks in Advance

According to the following official source, student pass holders can apply to become PR:

ICA then looks at many factors, including how much you contributed and will contribute to Singapore in the past and in future - both in financial and social terms. It is not clear, from your post, how you would fare here.

Which passports do you hold and what visa are you on? Being admitted to a good (secondary) school will not get your child pr. Not even being admitted to a top uni here will suffice for pr. I know several parents who tried, their children were here on a student’s pass or DP mostly . MOM doesn’t care about academically smart students, there are so many bright Singaporeans. Your child really has to contribute something exceptional which will benefit Singapore. My friend’s child for example was offered pr and some other perks because this child is extremely talented in a certain sport and they were hoping he would be willing to play for and represent Singapore. So unless your child has something exceptional to bring to the table for Singapore chances of obtaining pr are basically zero at this point.
