Employment Pass Rejected

"app" in this context can mean application or appeal.
Try to write more clearly, otherwise it is difficult to advice.
In any case, be honest in all details. Conflicting application details will lead to certain rejection by MoM.

As your present job was continuing at the time of application, you can mention the joining date and end date would be present.

Your message is quite confusing, try to write less and emphasise more.

What do you mean by 1st EP rejected, 2nd EP putting app? Are you trying to say that the new employer who had applied your EP was rejected! Now, they are trying to appeal or changing the job scope for you then applying second time? Good luck

Thanks Surya. Yes, new employer applying second time after job posting error.

I wasn't sure if there is an option to say 'present' - (is there?) thought you have to enter in an actual date?

So if i'm still at my present job at the time of the 2nd application - you suggest that I just fill out my work history details as from my start date to the date that the 2nd application gets submitted (even though this will then conflict with my 1st application details- where my work history details were from my start date to the date that the 1st application was submitted)

This would also mean I need to add an extra month of experience at present employer i.e. 5 years 4 months (submitted in my 1st application) to 5 years 5 months at present employer submitted in the 2nd application.

I just don't want these minor conflicting application details in the information MOM receives to cause any issues - even though this is my situation (since i'm still technically on the books of the present employer at the time of the 2nd application).

In the interest of not wanting to give MOM conflicting details I am thinking whether to ask my employer to keep my work history dates in the 2nd application the same as in the 1st application (it's one month difference).

I will also try to call MOM to check what they suggest.

Sorry if i'm writing confusing - really tks for your help.

Thanks beppi - hope it's clearer now (above).

Please do not start several discussions about the same topic.
I assume it has been well answered in the other thread.
