DP visa extension appeal processing time

Hi there,

My wife's DP visa extention was rejected in last month due to some salary discrepancy, my extension was approved for 3 yrs. My emloyer corrected the salary and did appeal my wife's dp extension on Oct 5th which is still waiting for MOM decision.

-Usually how many days will it take for decesion on DP extension appeal.

-Can my wife stay in singapore when decesion pending even though her current visa expires?

We did not have enough DP extension appeal cases on this forum to make a rule of how long it may take. So you better ask MoM how long they need!
Your wife can NOT stay on in Singapore when the current visa expires. Overstaying must be avoided at all cost - or it will ruin her chances of ever getting a DP or other visa again.
If she cannot get an extension or other visa in time, she must leave Singapore.

Quick update - My employer had a call wth MOM yesterday asking to priortize the processing. They approved the extension today, all good.
