Thank you very much, brother. Just was curious to know so after 5 days as per you  status will definitely change right?

Mostly S-pass rejection very rare case. Ask your HR what is the reason they mentioned for rejection...

surya.prakash surya

The reason was less quota and MOM asked for an education Certificate again so yesterday I submitted everything again then my company appeal yesterday but the status hasn't changed after the appeal.that was the reason I wanted to know.

If you read our older threads, we have told clearly that after rejection when your employer appeals the status of your application remains same. It only changes when appeal is successful then it will change to approved or else it will remain rejected.

Secondly, when your employer appeals rejection, then two things have to address while appealing.
1. The reason of appeal should clear and reason of rejection should have addressed.
2. During appeal keep S pass quota available for you.

Without maintaining the above two it’s fruitless to appeal. Good luck

No, I already mentioned its appeal so its not first time. Appeal still pending after 15 days.
