Guys currently working with an EPC company, got an offer with the client side pending pass application with MOM. Suddenly my boss learned that Iam joining the client side. Is there any chance he can block My pass application with MOM? Or if he request the HR to complain to MOM about my transfer in order to stop me?

No, your employer cannot "block your pass application with MOM or request the HR to complain to MOM about聽 your transfer"聽 but you may get reprimanded if there is a clause in your contract pertaining to this.

Your current employer cannot stop another company in applying your Pass. Good luck!
