Can I apply LTVP while waiting EP?

Fresh graduate of local university.
EP pending for 3 weeks.

As graduates of local uni are eligible for LTVP:
Can I apply LTVP while waiting for EP? Cuz my STVP will expire in 3 weeks.
Can I cancel LTVP application if EP is approved?

Appreciate any advice!

As Shekz wrote above, you can only HOLD one pass at any one time (so either LTVPor EP).
In addition, you can only have one ongoing application at any one time at MoM (and I assume the same is true at ICA, which presumably issued your post-student-pass STVP).
But I am not sure whether it is possible to have an ongoing application at MoM (for EP) and at ICA (for STVP) at the same time. Ask them? (And then please report back here, so others can benefit from the information, too!)

On the point above about having multiple applications - I was advised by the ICA that I could apply for both LTVP and PR at the same time. I applied for the LTVP hoping to bridge my STVP and PR.

Are EPs applied for by the employer with MOM? If so, couldn鈥檛 you apply for the LTVP directly with the ICA?
If you get the LTVP (and obtain the pre-approved LOC to work) wouldn鈥檛 it be better to cancel the EP application rather than the Other way around? Your presence and right to stay in Singapore would not be dependent on any employment鈥�

Thank you! I also tried LTVP application (ICA side) yesterday, it was successfully submitted.
