I received my ipa and joining the company.i want to apply another company is this possible.

You can always apply for jobs at any other company.
But before that other company can apply for your work pass, the current IPA must be cancelled or converted into a proper pass.
Also keep in mind that you have to fulfil your contractual obligations with the employer of the current IPA (e.g. termination notice period, penalty) - and job-hoppers are unliked by MoM!

@Chiranjeevi Racharla An IPA is still considered application in progress - and you can only have one application ongoing at any one time.

This means you would have to either cancel the first application (rendering the IPA invalid), or convert the IPA to the actual work pass, before the new company can submit a new application.
