Need help before I decide to move to Korea.

K4kit87

Below is the address of the companies who has invited me to work in Korea.

8gumi -16, seongnam city,  gyeonggi-do

How much would it cost to live around this area? how much would an one bedroom apartment cost per month? WI there be any deposit amount that I'll have to pay.?
Is it easy to find a decent one?

And a rough idea on how much will I have to spend on living.? I don't drink smoke, and I am Not a party kind of person.

Will it be possible to manage in 40,000,000 wons? Will I be able to save anything?

I just need an rough idea before I decide to move.

-Does It include Internet and other basic necessities?
-500$ for Decent apartment ? I mean safe for Family and Kids?
-Will it be possible to find an apartment within a week after I reach there?
-Any internet website that you can recommend where I can find apartments for rent around this area?

40 million won a year is enough for one person but Korea is quite an expensive country to live in. As for saving, well, that depends on you but I'd think you could save at least 800,000 won a month if you are disciplined enough.

Perhaps you can take this job and then look for a better one while you're there.
