You seem to want to have a lot going on.  I am not an expert on everything you have mentioned but setting up in Sri Lanka is quite complex.  First, you have to get a residence visa to start up here.  Where exactly in Sri Lanka do you want to set up?  Are you hoping to charge the kids?
