Cost of appliances

Hello everyone!

I am moving to SL next year, I already have arranged for an apartment but I just found out that it comes without the appliances. Therefore I will need to buy it. I
Could anyone let me know what is the approximative cost for the following appliances:
- AC
- small stove
-small fridge
-washer.
Are there any online stores that I could check? Or is it true that you have to buy聽 it from the SL duty free ?

Its not that expensive to buy from here , refer to below online shipping sites and you will get an idea on average price.

And to answer your other question, you dont HAVE to buy in the duty free. You COULD buy these at the duty free or in reputed stores in Colombo. Buying in the duty free may be cheaper, but if customs authorities charge you the customs duty then you will end up paying a similar amount as if you purchased in the stores in Colombo.
