The other side of the Taiwanese postcard

Julien

Hi,

As a tourist in a foreign country, very often, we are enchanted with what we discover.

Living abroad is different. It's a rich experience but there are also some difficulties to face.

When people ask me for advice on living abroad, I then tend to say that one should also look at both sides of the postcard.

As an °µÍø½ûÇø in Taiwan, how would you describe the two sides of your Taiwanese postcard?

Thank you for sharing your experience,

Julien

Two sides of postcard hmmm if it is to describe the culture or the environment I would say Taiwan is great country, has rich and much contemporary culture then it's neighborhood like Hong Kong and mainland China
Taiwan was adopting Japanese and American culture as well
For the people they are nice and polite but has reserved Attitude toward foreigner this was my impression with Taiwan
For the weather is much moderate then other four seasonal countries
When winter come you would not see snow unless you are in mountainous area and when summer it can be very humid and cause Taiwan is island close to sea so to be prepared for the typhoon it will come often in summer
Hopefully this can help to understand Taiwan  thank you
