Would like to contact °µÍø½ûÇøs that have retired under Civil Service in the US... Am having problems downloading form 1099r from OPM. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried downloading it from here:

@smw1918 I thought they wouldn't be available until the end of the month.  Nonetheless I've lived here going on 8 years now and so I definitely can help you.  There is a new login website and Procedure and it wasn't the best move on OPM's part.  I worked 35 years with USDOT, FHWA and have a TSP account as well.  That login Procedure has changed as well.
