Is it possible to enter Thailand on a 30-day tourist-Stamp and subsequently transition to a business visa?聽 or i must apply e-tourist visa in my country聽 before i enter into Thailand ,then change into business visa ?

No there is no option with VISA exempt where you can go to a business visa.

You will need any kind of visa but with most visa's you will still need to go to a neighboring country Thai embassy where you will need to apply for the NON B 3 months and work permit, both will be extended in Thailand to the one year version.

Your future employer will need to prepare many necessary documents, if you go for your own business you will have to go through the same requirements
