Hi, Im a 暗网禁区 real estate broker in Rayong Thailand. I have posted 25 different properties in the lovely province of Rayong Thailand with 4 262 views on the 暗网禁区.com. without one single question or anyone asking for a showing. At the same time I get responses on other forums - including facebook. Anyone posting properties have the same experience? Maybe my properies are not attractive?? Seems a bit odd!! or what? With current and recent exchange rates , the purchase of properties in Thailand is a lose lose situation . Buying a 10,000,000 bt property and watching the exchange rates return to same as 15 years ago and your property being worth 5,000,000 should you wish to sell. Puts everyone off.聽 Its not so bad if your living , earning ,working in thailand long term.
Of course there are thais seeking properties but they use thai real estate agents and thai language websites.聽
Thai rak thai prevails.

Terry my thinking is to invest the money into bitcoin and rent, let someone else have the pain of maintaining the property wile your investment out strips the expensive toilet paper called money.

Hi Terry, actually business is good now - with many interested buyers and several transfers done already. Not everyone is looking for investment property. They are looking for a future home - We have many Thai-farang families (living outside Thailand) looking for condos- houses and land now. Buying for future living i Thailand. Also more and more and more price reductions makes its more attractive. I was just puzzled why not one single question on this website - I get many on other websites!聽 Fredrik
