anyone there who can suggest me about good and peacefull beach near bangkok (except pattaya and hua hin) need to go on new year

Ko Lan is two hours by van from Victory Monument (90THB per person). Is great island with beautiful beaches, only problem is you have to go to pattaya to catch ferry Van will drop u off at the wharf then you can catch ferry (i think it is 60THB each and takes about 35 minutes) this is well worth the effort. google search Ko Lan accommodation is in B&B an cost about 1,000THB to 1,500THB. Beaches very clean
