Gyms in Thailand

Aqua0509

I'm a competitive bodybuilder...I'm moving to Thailand but the area is undetermined yet...Perhaps Bangkok...Any insight as to the Fitness Centers or gyms in the area?  I'm not looking for a condo with a small gym but rather a big commercial gym.  Thanks :)

You might wanna consider going to Pattaya, Dennis James trains there (or at least used to train there) in a gym owned by an Australian national champion if I remember correctly.

In BKK there are many big commercial gyms, especially in the center of the city, at very reasonable prices. Most can be easily reached by skytrain or taxi.

I am living in Pinklao at the moment and there is a real good gym in Pinklao Central Mall. It is a Fitness First gym and not that expensive.

Thanks...yeah I'd like to check out and see where Dennis James was training...I compete as well and plan on hitting it hard while in Thailand and coming back to the US to compete.  I wonder if there are any trainers that have experience with Pro Level bodybuilders that live in Thailand.

I wonder if the Australian Champian is Con Demetry(sp?).  I've known him for a few years but lost contact and know he used to live in Thailand and is an IFBB Pro.

Hi man, you might want to try out non-big brands. It never did anything for me personally and they make you pay so much too. I would suggest using the HIIT fitness boot camps such as Maxfit Performance Bangkok and Aspire Club Bangkok.

Try them out...the trainers are °µÍø½ûÇøs also.

I used to join in Aspire and True Fitness  at Asoke. The big international one is Fitness First. Try to find the info on google
