What does condition to bring the dog from Israel to Thailand is?

Hi everybody!

my bf , he gonna fly to Thailand this September and will bring the dog with him self to Thailand as well , so Did anybody know what is the condition to bring the dog from Israel to Thailand? What is the document in needs for that? Any tax that need to pay?聽 and anything else what I should to know for that?
